応募が多数の場合は出展内容を考慮し、選考させていただきます。
7月15日頃までに、合否をメールにてお送りします。
募集スペース
下記よりご希望のスペースをお選び頂けます。
スペース参加には出展料が発生しますが、
会期中、出展者さまご自身で展示・販売を自由に行えます。
ZINEを販売していればスペース内ではグッズの販売も可能です。
1組様何スペースでもお申し込み頂けます。

Aブース ¥4,500

申し込みは、下記応募フォームにて受け付けております。
以下の情報を 2023年6月30日（金）20:00 までにご入力してください。

応募フォーム

フォームの添付データは、ロゴもしくはZINEの表紙やキーヴィジュアルなどお送りください。
（400×400px、RGB、2MB以内）
対応するデータをお持ちでない場合は、事務局までご連絡ください。
※イメージは、イベントのPR目的で使用する場合もございます。あらかじめご了承の上お送りください。

お支払いについて
お支払いは、合否のメールと共に振り込み口座とイベントの詳細をお送りします。銀行振込にて2023年8月25日（金）までに指定の振込み口座までご入金ください。
＊前夜祭について
今年はテレビ塔では初の「前夜祭」をイベント前日の10月7日（土）に開催予定です。
現段階での詳しい内容は未定ですが、出展が決まった皆さまはこの日も販売可能です（参加自由）。
詳細に関しましては合否メールの後にお送りいたします。
※前夜祭のみの出展は不可となります、ご了承ください。
イベント当日のお願い
・ご希望のスペースに合わせて、事務局がブースを配置いたします。
・イベント中は随時、スペースに参加メンバーを必ず配置ください。
・一時スペースをを離れる場合は貴重品等は携帯してください。
盗難トラブルが発生した場合、事務局側は一切の責任を負いかねます。
・電源は使用できません。あらかじめご了承ください。
・壁面は使用できません。あらかじめご了承ください。
・事務局での両替や備品の貸し出しなどは行っておりません。釣り銭を十分にご用意ください。
・ZINEを販売していればスペース内ではグッズの販売も可能です。
・喫煙は所定の喫煙スペースをご利用ください。会場内は禁煙となっております。

This application form is for participants who wish to have their own booth in which to exhibit and sell their publications. The use of table types A & B & Z is not free.
Participants for booth(table) must attend the 1 days of the event.
Once we get through all applications, you will be notified.
Submitting your application does not guarantee your participation in the fair. Please do not announce your participation until you receive our official notification of your participation via email.
If you don’t get a reply, please send your message again.

About Opening Party:
This year, the TV Tower will hold its first “Opening Party” on Saturday, October 7th, the day before the event. Everyone who has decided to exhibit can sell on this day (participation is free).
Details will be sent after the acceptance email.
*Please note that it is not possible to exhibit only at the Opening Party.
